Satisfaction & Rework Guarantee
At King Rifle Works, we don’t consider a build finished until you’re confident in it. If your rifle doesn’t meet your expectations within the first 30 days, bring it back to us — we’ll work with you to make it right, whether that means adjustments, tuning, or addressing the issue directly. We stand behind every rifle that leaves our shop, and we’re not satisfied until you are.

Rifle Warranty
Every KRW rifle is warranted against manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase. Should a covered defect arise during that period, we’ll repair or replace the affected part or component at our discretion. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from misuse or neglect, or performance issues caused by unauthorized modifications.

Accessories & Gear
Accessories and gear offered through King Rifle Works are sourced from trusted manufacturers and distributors. These items are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty, and we’ll gladly help facilitate that process if an issue arises. KRW-branded merchandise and accessories are warranted against manufacturer’s defects for one year from the date of purchase, to the original owner, and will be repaired or replaced with the same or a comparable item. As many of our accessories and gear items ship directly from third-party manufacturers and distributors, KRW is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, or fulfillment errors outside of our direct control — any such issues will be directed to the appropriate distributor for resolution.
